Instructions

  2. Place about 1 tablespoon of filling in the center of each wonton wrapper. Moisten edges with water and fold into triangles; seal tightly.
  3. Heat oil in a deep skillet over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).
  4. Fry filled wontons in batches for about 3-4 minutes until golden brown; flip halfway through.
  5. Drain on paper towels and serve warm with dipping sauces.
