- 1 cup green onions (chopped)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 20 wonton wrappers
- Vegetable oil (for frying)
- Soy sauce (for dipping)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, blend softened cream cheese, chopped green onions, and garlic powder until smooth.
- Place about one teaspoon of filling in the center of each wonton wrapper. Moisten edges with water and fold into triangles, sealing tightly.
- Heat vegetable oil in a deep skillet to 350°F (175°C). Fry wontons in batches until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Drain on paper towels and serve with soy sauce or your favorite dipping sauce.
