- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Wash and slice the potatoes into thin rounds. Chop the onions.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat; melt the butter and add olive oil.
- Add the sliced potatoes in an even layer; sauté for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
- Stir in the chopped onions; cook for another 5-10 minutes until tender.
- Season with salt and pepper, cooking until everything is crispy and golden (about 3-5 more minutes).
