  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp salt

  • Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
  3. In a bowl, mix panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Drizzle olive oil over the chicken to coat.
  5. Dredge each chicken breast in the seasoned breadcrumb mixture, pressing down gently for even coverage.
  6. Place on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and the crust is golden brown.
