- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs

- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp salt

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
- In a bowl, mix panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Drizzle olive oil over the chicken to coat.
- Dredge each chicken breast in the seasoned breadcrumb mixture, pressing down gently for even coverage.
- Place on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and the crust is golden brown.
- Let rest for five minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
