- 1 lb boneless chicken breasts (about 3–4 breasts)
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 large eggs
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Set up a coating station with three shallow bowls: one with flour mixed with salt and pepper, one with beaten eggs, and one with panko breadcrumbs mixed with Parmesan and spices.
- Dip each chicken piece into the flour mixture, then into the egg, and finally coat it in the panko mixture.
- Arrange the coated chicken tenders on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer. Lightly spray the tops with cooking spray.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature reaches 165°F or 75°C).
