- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt (adjust to taste)
- 1/4 tsp black pepper (adjust to taste)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Rinse and trim Brussels sprouts, halving them from top to bottom.
- In a large bowl, toss the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until well coated.
- Sprinkle freshly grated Parmesan cheese over the seasoned sprouts and toss gently.
- Spread the mixture on a parchment-lined baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and crispy, shaking the pan halfway through.
