- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs

Instructions
- Set up three bowls: one with seasoned flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with panko mixed with Parmesan.
- Dip each ravioli first in the flour, then in the egg mixture, and finally coat well in breadcrumbs.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat until hot.
- Fry coated ravioli in batches until golden brown (about 3-4 minutes per side).
- Drain on paper towels and serve warm with marinara or your choice of dipping sauce.
