Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and cut them in half. Rinse and pat dry.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the halved sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  4. Arrange the sprouts cut-side down on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. Roast for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Stir halfway through for even cooking.
  6. If desired, drizzle balsamic vinegar over the sprouts during the last five minutes of roasting.
