- 3–4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- All-purpose flour
- Cayenne pepper
- Garlic powder
- Panko breadcrumbs
- Mayonnaise
- Sriracha sauce
- Hamburger buns
- Fresh lettuce and pickles
Instructions
- 1. Preheat oil in a deep fryer or heavy skillet to 350°F (175°C). Pat chicken dry.
- 2. In a bowl, combine flour, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- 3. Dredge each chicken piece in the flour mixture, dip in beaten eggs, then coat with panko breadcrumbs.
- 4. Fry chicken for about 5 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
- 5. Assemble by spreading mayonnaise mixed with Sriracha on toasted buns; add lettuce and pickles followed by crispy chicken.
