- 4 medium Russet potatoes, peeled and quartered
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Boil potato quarters in cold water until fork-tender (15-20 minutes). Drain and let cool for 5 minutes.
- Mash the potatoes until smooth but slightly chunky.
- Mix in olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Parmesan cheese (if using).
- Shape into small cylindrical tots and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown, flipping halfway through.
