Instructions
- Cut each tortilla into quarters to create triangle shapes.
- In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat until shimmering (around 350°F).
- Fry tortilla triangles in batches for 2-3 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Using a slotted spoon, transfer chips onto paper towels to drain excess oil.
- While hot, sprinkle with sea salt and any additional seasonings.
- Serve immediately with salsa or guacamole.
