- 2 cups thin poha (flattened rice)
- 1 cup mixed nuts (peanuts, cashews, almonds)
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp chaat masala
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- Rinse the poha gently under running water until slightly softened. Drain and let sit for 5 minutes.
- In a large bowl, combine poha, mixed nuts, turmeric, chili powder, cumin, and oil; toss until evenly coated.
- Spread the mixture evenly in the air fryer basket without overcrowding. Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Once golden brown, sprinkle chaat masala over the warm mixture and toss gently.
- Let cool completely before serving for extra crunch.
