  • 1 cup mixed nuts (peanuts, cashews, almonds)
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp chili powder

  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp chaat masala

Instructions

  2. Rinse the poha gently under running water until slightly softened. Drain and let sit for 5 minutes.
  3. In a large bowl, combine poha, mixed nuts, turmeric, chili powder, cumin, and oil; toss until evenly coated.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly in the air fryer basket without overcrowding. Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  5. Once golden brown, sprinkle chaat masala over the warm mixture and toss gently.
  6. Let cool completely before serving for extra crunch.
