Instructions
- Rinse the bean sprouts under cold water until clean. Drain well and set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat until shimmering.
- Add minced garlic and sliced green onions; stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Incorporate the bean sprouts and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until tender but still crisp.
- Drizzle with soy sauce and sesame oil, tossing to coat evenly for another minute.
- Serve immediately while hot, garnishing with extra green onions if desired.
