- 2 tbsp pure maple syrup
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Instructions
- Wash and cut the broccoli into bite-sized florets; ensure they are dry.
- In a bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, maple syrup, and apple cider vinegar until smooth.
- Add the broccoli florets, red onion slices, and dried cranberries to the dressing. Gently coat everything with a spatula.
- Sprinkle toasted sunflower seeds on top and toss lightly.
- Cover and chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving.
