- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 2 cups crushed Hot Cheetos
- Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
- Prepare cheese sticks by unwrapping them and cutting each stick in half if desired.
- Crush Hot Cheetos in a zip-top bag until fine crumbs form.
- Set up three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with crushed Cheetos.
- Roll each cheese stick in flour, dip into egg, then coat with crushed Cheetos.
- Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan over medium heat (about 350°F).
- Fry coated cheese sticks until golden brown, about 1-2 minutes per side.
- Drain on paper towels and serve warm.
