- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 large eggs

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat dry the chicken breasts with paper towels.
- Set up three bowls: one with seasoned flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with panko breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder.
- Dredge each chicken breast in flour, dip in egg wash, then coat thoroughly with panko breadcrumbs.
- Place the breaded chicken on a greased baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F or 75°C).
- Let rest for a few minutes before serving hot with your favorite sides.
