- 1 tablespoon olive oil

- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Rinse and thoroughly dry the canned chickpeas with paper towels.
- In a bowl, toss dried chickpeas with olive oil, salt, cumin, paprika, and garlic powder until evenly coated.
- Spread the seasoned chickpeas in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, shaking halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
- Allow to cool slightly before enjoying.
