Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Rinse and thoroughly dry the canned chickpeas with paper towels.
  3. In a bowl, toss dried chickpeas with olive oil, salt, cumin, paprika, and garlic powder until evenly coated.
  4. Spread the seasoned chickpeas in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 25–30 minutes, shaking halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Allow to cool slightly before enjoying.
