Instructions
- Cut each corn tortilla into wedges.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a deep skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
- Fry the tortilla wedges in batches until golden brown and bubbly, about 2-3 minutes per batch.
- Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels; sprinkle with salt while hot.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
