Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and a pinch of salt.
- Melt butter over low heat until smooth; remove from heat and stir in eggs one at a time and vanilla extract until combined.
- Fold dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined; avoid overmixing.
- Gently fold in chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan, spreading evenly. Bake for 25-30 minutes until edges are set but center remains slightly gooey.
- Cool slightly before cutting into squares or bars.
