Oreo Cookies and Cream Cheesecake is a luscious dessert combining creamy cheesecake with crunchy Oreo pieces that will delight any sweet tooth.

  • 24 Oreo cookies
  • 5 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream, whipped to soft peaks
  • Additional crushed Oreos for topping (optional)
  • Chocolate syrup for drizzling (optional)

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C) and grease a springform pan.
  2. 2. For the crust, mix crushed Oreo cookies with melted butter. Press firmly into the pan and bake for 10 minutes. Let cool.
  3. 3. In a bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar and mix until combined.
  4. 4. Stir in sour cream and vanilla extract until fully incorporated.
  5. 5. Fold in whipped heavy cream, then add chopped Oreos.
  6. 6. Pour filling over the cooled crust and bake for 55-60 minutes until edges are set but center is slightly jiggly.
  7. 7. Cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving. Top with chocolate syrup or extra Oreos if desired.
