- 24 Oreo cookies
- 5 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream, whipped to soft peaks
- Additional crushed Oreos for topping (optional)
- Chocolate syrup for drizzling (optional)
Instructions
- 1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C) and grease a springform pan.
- 2. For the crust, mix crushed Oreo cookies with melted butter. Press firmly into the pan and bake for 10 minutes. Let cool.
- 3. In a bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar and mix until combined.
- 4. Stir in sour cream and vanilla extract until fully incorporated.
- 5. Fold in whipped heavy cream, then add chopped Oreos.
- 6. Pour filling over the cooled crust and bake for 55-60 minutes until edges are set but center is slightly jiggly.
- 7. Cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving. Top with chocolate syrup or extra Oreos if desired.
