Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C), placing a pizza stone inside if using.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to about 12 inches in diameter.
- Spread BBQ sauce generously over the dough, then scatter the shredded chicken evenly across.
- Top with mozzarella and cheddar cheeses, followed by sliced red onions and bell peppers.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and cheese is bubbly.
- Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh herbs, slice, and serve.
