Instructions
- Preheat a grill pan or skillet over medium heat. Cook seasoned chicken breasts for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Allow the chicken to cool slightly before shredding it using two forks.
- In a mixing bowl, toss the shredded chicken with BBQ sauce until evenly coated.
- Warm tortillas in a dry skillet until flexible.
- Assemble each taco by layering BBQ chicken, diced tomatoes, lettuce, avocado slices, and cilantro on each tortilla.
