- 1 lb raw shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 1 cup long-grain rice (cooked)
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 green bell pepper (diced)
- 1 onion (sautéed)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Sauté diced onion and green bell pepper in olive oil over medium heat until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Add raw shrimp, garlic powder, and paprika; cook until shrimp turn pink, about 3-4 minutes.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked rice, cream of mushroom soup, sautéed vegetables, and shrimp mixture; mix well.
- Fold in shredded cheddar cheese and transfer to a greased baking dish.
- Combine panko breadcrumbs with melted butter and sprinkle on top.
- Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
