Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together rolled oats, flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. In another bowl, mix milk, honey or maple syrup, eggs, and melted butter until smooth.
  4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients gently until just mixed; fold in blueberries carefully.
  5. Fill muffin cups two-thirds full and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
