Instructions
- Cook the meat: In a skillet over medium heat, brown 1 lb of ground beef or turkey until fully cooked. Break apart with a spatula until no pink remains.
- Season: While cooking, add salt (1 tsp), pepper (1/2 tsp), garlic powder (1 tsp), and onion powder (1 tsp) to infuse flavor.
- Prepare veggies: Chop romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces and slice cherry tomatoes in half.
- Assemble bowls: Start with a scoop of lettuce at the bottom of each bowl; layer on cooked meat followed by tomatoes and avocado slices.
- Finish: Top with shredded cheese and drizzle with your choice of dressing before serving.
