Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced
- 4 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients: Chop the chicken into bite-sized pieces and the broccoli into florets.
- Marinate the chicken: In a bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, garlic, sesame oil, and cornstarch. Add the chicken and let marinate for 15 minutes.

- Add broccoli and sauce: Toss in broccoli florets along with any remaining marinade. Stir-fry for 4-5 minutes until the broccoli is tender yet crisp.
- Thicken the sauce (optional): Mix an additional teaspoon of cornstarch with cold water; add to skillet and stir until thickened.
- Serve: Plate your chicken and broccoli over rice or noodles, garnishing with sesame seeds if desired.
