- 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb)
 - 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
 - 2 cups cooked rice (white or brown)
 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
 - 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
 - 1 tsp garlic powder
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray a large baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
 - Dice chicken into bite-sized pieces and cook in a skillet over medium heat until no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
 - Add broccoli florets and cooked rice to the skillet; stir until well combined.
 - Mix in cream of mushroom soup and half the shredded cheese until everything is coated.
 - Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and top with remaining cheese.
 - Bake for 30-35 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
