- 4 whole wheat tortillas
Instructions
- Preheat grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Cook for 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Let chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing into thin strips.
- Lay out tortillas and layer with sliced chicken, romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, and parmesan cheese.
- Fold in tortilla sides and roll tightly. Slice in half to serve.
