- 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb)
- 2 cups fresh romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
- 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup croutons
Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Grill or pan-sear over medium heat for 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown and fully cooked. Let rest before slicing.
- Wash and chop romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, mix Caesar dressing with grated Parmesan cheese until well combined.
- Lay tortillas flat and layer with chopped lettuce, sliced chicken, croutons, and drizzle generously with the dressing mixture.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll tightly from the bottom upwards to secure the filling.
- Slice each wrap diagonally and serve immediately or pack for later.
