  • 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb)
  • 2 cups fresh romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cup croutons

Instructions

  1. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Grill or pan-sear over medium heat for 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown and fully cooked. Let rest before slicing.
  2. Wash and chop romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a bowl, mix Caesar dressing with grated Parmesan cheese until well combined.

  5. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll tightly from the bottom upwards to secure the filling.
