Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by dicing the bell peppers and onion, and mincing the garlic.

  3. In the same skillet, sauté the bell peppers, onion, and garlic until softened (about 5 minutes).
  4. Return sliced chicken to the skillet, add spices, and stir to combine.
  5. Gently fold in warm cooked rice until well mixed.
  6. Drizzle with fresh lime juice and top with chopped cilantro before serving.
