Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients by dicing the bell peppers and onion, and mincing the garlic.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat; cook seasoned chicken breasts for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove and slice.
- In the same skillet, sauté the bell peppers, onion, and garlic until softened (about 5 minutes).
- Return sliced chicken to the skillet, add spices, and stir to combine.
- Gently fold in warm cooked rice until well mixed.
- Drizzle with fresh lime juice and top with chopped cilantro before serving.
