- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
Instructions
- Cook rice according to package instructions.
- Chop broccoli, carrots, and bell pepper into bite-sized pieces.
- In a skillet over medium heat, add oil and cook seasoned chicken for 5-7 minutes until browned.
- Add vegetables and stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until vibrant.
- Whisk together soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, and pour over chicken and veggies; cook for an additional minute until well-coated.
- Serve over rice topped with optional sesame seeds.
