  • 2 tbsp Dabeli masala
  • 2 medium boiled potatoes (about 1 cup, mashed)
  • 3 tbsp tamarind chutney
  • 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 1/4 cup roasted unsalted peanuts
  • 2 tbsp chopped cilantro
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 2 tbsp butter (for toasting)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mash the boiled potatoes until smooth.
  2. Add Dabeli masala, tamarind chutney, cilantro, and onion to the potatoes; mix well.
  3. Slice each pav horizontally without cutting through completely. Fill generously with the potato mixture.
