Ingredients
- 4 soft pav (bread rolls)
- 2 tbsp Dabeli masala
- 2 medium boiled potatoes (about 1 cup, mashed)
- 3 tbsp tamarind chutney
- 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
- 1/4 cup roasted unsalted peanuts
- 2 tbsp chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 2 tbsp butter (for toasting)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mash the boiled potatoes until smooth.
- Add Dabeli masala, tamarind chutney, cilantro, and onion to the potatoes; mix well.
- Slice each pav horizontally without cutting through completely. Fill generously with the potato mixture.
- Heat butter in a pan over medium heat; toast each filled pav until golden brown on both sides.
- Garnish with pomegranate seeds and peanuts before serving warm.
