- 1 package (16 oz) sugar cookie dough
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 cups assorted fresh fruits (strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, peaches)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the sugar cookie dough into an even layer about ¼ inch thick on the sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until lightly golden. Allow to cool completely.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Add vanilla extract and lemon juice; mix well.
- Spread the cream cheese frosting evenly over the cooled cookie base.
- Arrange fresh fruits decoratively on top of the frosting.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before slicing and serving.
