- 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 cup whole milk (or almond/oat milk)
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Wash and dry the fruits thoroughly. Cut them into bite-sized pieces and place in a large mixing bowl.
- In another bowl, whisk together the vanilla pudding mix and milk until it thickens (about 2 minutes).
- If desired, add honey or maple syrup to the pudding mixture and stir until combined.
- Gently fold the fruit into the pudding until evenly coated.
- Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving to let flavors meld.
