Ingredients
- 1 pound beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine soy sauce, oyster sauce, minced garlic, sugar, salt, and pepper. Add the sliced beef and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Stir-fry the marinated beef for about 5 minutes or until cooked through.
- Garnish with chopped green onions if desired and serve hot.
