Ingredients
- 1 cup long-grain white rice

Instructions
- Rinse rice under cold water until clear.
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add rinsed rice to the pan and toast for 2 minutes.
- Pour in chicken broth, bring to a boil, then reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 18-20 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let sit covered for 5 minutes before fluffing with a fork.
