- 4 white fish fillets (cod, halibut, or tilapia)
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Pat the fish fillets dry and season both sides with salt and pepper.
- Melt the butter in the skillet until foamy.
- Sauté minced garlic in the butter for about one minute until fragrant.
- Carefully add the fish fillets to the pan, cooking each side for 3-4 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the fish before serving and drizzle with remaining garlic butter.
