- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients by cutting the steak into cubes and patting them dry with paper towels.
- Season the cubed steak evenly with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
- Sear the steak cubes in batches for about 2-3 minutes on each side until browned but still medium-rare.
- Lower the heat and add butter and minced garlic to the same skillet; stir until melted and fragrant.
- Return the cooked steak bites to the skillet, tossing them in the garlic butter sauce before serving.
