- 8 oz egg noodles
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- Freshly ground black pepper to taste
- Optional: 1 cup bell peppers or snap peas (sliced)
Instructions
- Prep your ingredients by gathering everything and slicing the steak against the grain.
- Cook the egg noodles in boiling salted water until al dente; drain and reserve some pasta water.
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, melt the butter and add the sliced steak. Season with black pepper and cook for about 4-5 minutes until browned.
- Lower the heat, add minced garlic, and sauté for about 30 seconds.
- Toss in the cooked noodles along with soy sauce and reserved pasta water; mix until well combined.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving hot.
