- 4–6 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Arrange the chicken thighs in a baking dish and season lightly with salt and pepper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, grated ginger, and rice vinegar. Whisk until smooth.
- Pour the glaze over the chicken thighs, ensuring each piece is well coated.
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for about 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for another 10-15 minutes until cooked through.
- Serve hot, drizzling extra glaze over each serving.
