- 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (approx. 1.5 lbs)
- 4 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Chop chicken into bite-sized pieces and rinse broccoli.
- Combine olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Toss chicken pieces until coated; let marinate for 15 minutes.
- Preheat your grill over medium-high heat. Cook marinated chicken for 6-8 minutes per side until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C). Add broccoli during the last few minutes until bright green.
- In a saucepan, combine heavy cream, more minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper over medium heat. Stir until heated through.
- Layer grilled chicken on top of broccoli in bowls; drizzle with creamy garlic sauce and sprinkle with parmesan if desired.
