  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Chop chicken into bite-sized pieces and rinse broccoli.
  2. Combine olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Toss chicken pieces until coated; let marinate for 15 minutes.
  3. Preheat your grill over medium-high heat. Cook marinated chicken for 6-8 minutes per side until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C). Add broccoli during the last few minutes until bright green.
  4. In a saucepan, combine heavy cream, more minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper over medium heat. Stir until heated through.
