- 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb)
- 4 cups fresh romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
- 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup croutons
- 4 large flour tortillas
Instructions
- Grill the Chicken: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper and grill for 6-7 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing into strips.
- Prepare the Wraps: Lay each tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread a generous amount of Caesar dressing in the center.
- Add Fillings: Layer sliced grilled chicken, romaine lettuce, croutons, and Parmesan cheese on top of the dressing.
- Wrap it Up: Fold in the sides of each tortilla then roll tightly from bottom to top.
- Serve & Enjoy: Cut wraps in half diagonally for easy handling or serve whole.
