  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon turmeric
  • Mixed greens or lettuce
  • Chopped tomatoes and cucumbers
  • Hummus or tahini sauce

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken by whisking yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika, turmeric, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Coat chicken and let marinate for at least 1 hour.
  2. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Grill marinated chicken for about 6-7 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  3. Allow the grilled chicken to rest for 5 minutes before slicing into strips.
  4. Assemble your bowl by layering mixed greens, sliced chicken, chopped tomatoes, cucumbers, and drizzling with hummus or tahini sauce.
