Instructions
- Grill the Chicken: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Grill for 6-7 minutes per side until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Prepare the Dressing: In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and grated Parmesan. Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Toss the Greens: Chop romaine into bite-sized pieces. Drizzle with dressing and toss until greens are well-coated.
- Add Croutons and Cheese: Sprinkle croutons and additional Parmesan on top of the dressed greens.
- Slice the Chicken and Assemble: Let grilled chicken rest for five minutes before slicing thinly against the grain. Arrange on top of the salad and drizzle with more dressing if desired.
