Instructions
- 1. Chop bell peppers and onion into small pieces.
- 2. Sauté onions and bell peppers in a skillet over medium heat until softened.
- 3. Slice halal chicken sausages and add to the skillet; cook until browned.
- 4. Whisk eggs with salt and pepper, then pour into the skillet; stir gently until scrambled.
- 5. Lay out tortillas, fill with the mixture, sprinkle cheese, and roll tightly.
- 6. Optionally, sear wrapped tortillas in the skillet seam-side down until golden brown.
- 7. Serve warm or store leftovers in foil.
