Instructions
- 1. Prep your ingredients: Drain the tuna well.
- 2. In a large bowl, mix the tuna with Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice until creamy but chunky.
- 3. Gently fold in the celery and red onion until evenly distributed.
- 4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- 5. Add mixed greens or spinach and fold gently to coat without wilting.
- 6. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to enhance flavors before serving.
