Instructions
- Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.
- Set up three bowls: one with flour mixed with salt and pepper, one with beaten eggs, and one with panko breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder.
- Dip each chicken piece in flour, then egg, and finally coat with panko breadcrumbs.
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
- Fry nuggets in batches for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Drain on paper towels and serve hot with your favorite dipping sauces.
