- 1/2 cucumber, grated

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, pepper, cumin, and oregano.
- Marinate the lamb in the mixture for at least one hour or overnight for maximum flavor.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill marinated lamb for about 6-8 minutes per side until it reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.
- While the lamb cooks, prepare tzatziki by mixing Greek yogurt with grated cucumber, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and optional dill.
- Let the lamb rest for five minutes before slicing against the grain.
- Serve sliced lamb in warm pita with diced tomatoes, onions, and tzatziki sauce.
