Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix the ground lamb, onion, garlic, parsley, mint, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into elongated meatballs or ovals around skewers for easy grilling.
- Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook the kofta for approximately 10–12 minutes, turning occasionally until browned and cooked through.
