Instructions
- Marinate the chicken by combining lemon juice, olive oil, lemon zest, black pepper, garlic powder, and salt in a bowl. Add chicken breasts and coat well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat grill or skillet over medium heat.
- Remove chicken from marinade and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked through.
- Allow resting for five minutes before slicing; garnish with fresh parsley.
